Beautiful sculpture of a lion in blown glass and gold leaf, performed by Aldo Nason, master of the historical A.Ve.M glassfactory. The details of the mane are all applied to hot, the eyes have two murrine. This beautiful feline with a sinuous body, accentuated by the movement of the race, is perfect, its jaws are not wide open, but with the teeth in the visible milk-glass.  In the early decades of the twentieth century the Murano glass masters are captured by the charm of exotic animals that became the object of many of their works.  This work was kept in perfect conditions.
