Made in 18 carat yellow and white gold, it has an elongated rectangular head that forms a frame with diamonds inside, and within the frame there is a cushin of rubies and other five old cut diamond of different sizes. The excellent finish of the jewel and the state of preservation makes it still perfectly wearable.
