Particular pinky ring made of 18 karat yellow gold in the shape of a lion's head that holds an old-cut diamond of 0.20 carats in its jaws and has two small yellow diamonds as eyes. The stem, in the upper part, is all engraved. Well manufactured jewel, in excellent conservation status.
