Antique 18-karat yellow gold ring with the head, where the diamonds are set, relined in silver, as was customary in the period in which it was made. In the center are set three natural oval-shaped rubies, of a beautiful intense red color, estimated at a total of 1.20 carats. The diamonds, all old cut, are approximately 1.00 in total. A jewel that maintains the charm of the past, handcrafted in a very accurate way and in an excellent state of conservation.
