A delicate flower with a ruby in the center and diamonds on the petals covers the lobe and supports a fine cascade of diamonds and a small ruby. At the end of the cascade, a large drop of briolé-cut diamond gives extraordinary light to this elegant piece. The state of conservation is excellent.
