Fan in silk and lace with sequins of different shades of gold, typical of the early 1900s and of the French Belle Epoque, a period in which the use of the fan dominates society and worldly life. Given the elegance of the workmanship and the brilliance of the color, it probably was a female fan for the evening events, such as the theater. It has engraved bone slats with sequins, and the wooden frame is engraved with floral golden motifs. It rests on a velvet base.
