Elegant porcelain plate with a hand-painted mythological scene of Jupiter who, after assuming the form of Diana, tries to seduce the young nymph Callisto. The edge is richly decorated in gold on a cream color background and brown trimmings. On the back there is the trademark of the Vienna manufactory and the writing 'Jupiter et Callisto'. Refined piece of furniture, in excellent conditions.

Ho fatto pulire e controllare i miei gioielli, quando li ho rivisti ho fatto un salto indietro nel tempo di molti anni, oggi rivedo finalmente questi monili di nuovo brillanti e luminosi come quando mia madre li acquistò da giovane per indossarli e viverli in ogni buona occasione.
