Antonio Da Ros in 1962 proposes an artistic figurative series that portrays Murano glass animals of various species. This sample in particular is an example of kangaroo, achieved in glass of significant weight and thickness composed of clear and colored cristallo, which is obtained by repeatedly dipping the object during the work process into different crucibles of melted glass. Here we have layers of glass in blue color surrounded by vivid yellow layers.
